Terms and Conditions — at999 Pakistan

Welcome to at999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and at999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing access to and use of the at999 website at https://at999.click, all associated mobile applications and every service, game or promotional offer made available through the platform.

at999 is operated and maintained by the at999 operating entity and is intended for use by adult residents of Pakistan. By registering an account, accessing the website or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, fully understood and unconditionally agreed to every clause in these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, do not register or use at999.

These Terms must be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and are equally binding.

To register and use at999 you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

Each player may hold only one account on at999. Multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same payment account, same device or the same IP address — are considered duplicate accounts and are prohibited. at999 reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals associated with them.

Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number, a unique password and accurate personal details including your full name and date of birth. You agree to provide true, current and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. at999 may request supporting documentation — such as a CNIC copy or proof of payment account ownership — to verify your identity at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your at999 account credentials, including your password and any linked payment account details. at999 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Never share your password, OTP or login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of at999 on shared or public devices after each session.
• Enable any additional authentication features offered by the platform.
• Contact at999 support immediately at support@at999.click if you suspect unauthorised access.

at999 will treat any action taken from a logged-in account as authorised by the account holder. We accept no liability for losses resulting from a player sharing their credentials or failing to secure their device. If you contact us promptly upon discovering unauthorised access, we will investigate the matter and may freeze the account pending resolution. We cannot reverse bets or transactions that were completed before a breach was reported.

at999 is intended for personal entertainment use by eligible adult players. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Specifically, you agree that:

• All funds deposited to at999 originate from a legitimate source — no proceeds of criminal activity, money laundering or fraud.

at999 reserves the right to monitor accounts and activity for compliance with these standards. Accounts found in violation will be suspended or permanently closed. Where illegal activity is suspected, at999 will cooperate fully with relevant Pakistani authorities and may withhold funds pending legal investigation.

All financial transactions on at999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency transactions are processed and no currency conversion is applied.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Deposits are credited to your at999 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. at999 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name that matches the details on your at999 account. at999 does not accept third-party withdrawals under any circumstances. Standard withdrawal processing times are:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: 1–2 hours for standard accounts; under 30 minutes for VIP Gold; under 5 minutes for Diamond members.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: 1–3 hours.
• Bank IBFT: 2–6 hours depending on banking hours.
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days.

at999 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification documents are not provided or if the account has pending security reviews. at999 may also apply a review period to winnings derived from bonus funds in line with the wagering requirements set out in Section 6.

at999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. Every bonus is subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the offer. The following general conditions apply to all at999 bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

• One bonus per player: Each player is entitled to claim each distinct at999 bonus offer once only. Claims made through multiple accounts, shared devices or coordinated groups to obtain multiple bonus credits are prohibited.
• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x means a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash). The exact multiplier for each promotion is stated in that offer's individual terms.

• Time limits: All at999 bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7–30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Unused bonus credit and uncompleted wagering requirements expire at the end of this period. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum bet with bonus funds: While wagering with bonus funds, the maximum bet per round or per match is Rs 2,000 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Placing bets above this limit while using bonus funds may result in the bonus being voided.
• Referral rewards: Cash rewards earned through the at999 Refer a Friend programme are credited as real money with no wagering requirement. They are withdrawable immediately.

at999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will be notified of material changes where reasonably practical.

All bets and wagers placed on at999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, game or event type. General rules that apply across all at999 betting and gaming products include:

• A bet is considered accepted once it has been confirmed by at999's system and a confirmation message or reference number is displayed or issued to the player.
• at999 reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its discretion, including bets that appear to exploit system errors, pricing anomalies or technical faults.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on at999. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and referral to appropriate authorities:

All content on at999 — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, odds data, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of at999 or its licensed suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use at999 solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or create derivative works from any at999 content without prior written permission. Scraping odds data, screen-recording live dealer streams for redistribution or reproducing at999's brand assets for commercial purposes are all prohibited.

Continued use of at999 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and at999 that cannot be resolved through our standard complaints process, both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

Complaints process: If you have a complaint about any aspect of at999's service, please contact us first at support@at999.click with full details of the issue. at999 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 10 business days. Where resolution within this timeframe is not possible, we will provide an update on the expected timeline.

at999's final decision on complaints is binding unless overturned by a competent authority. Players retain the right to pursue legal remedies through the courts after exhausting the internal complaints process.
